The main symptoms of anxiety disorders are:
Excessive anxiety and worry: You have a strong and disproportionate anxiety reactions to various situations or events that are common and do not pose a real danger.
Physical symptoms: Heart palpitations, rapid heart rate, difficulty breathing, sweating, dizziness, indigestion, muscle tension or headaches.
Restlessness, irritability, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, insomnia, and fear of losing control or delirium.
